The location was very convenient. Essential amenities were close by. Daily housekeeping was also included.

The room was quite cold. I reported this to the management three times without resolution. The temperature setting maxed out, however the room never warmed up. The lobby was actually warmer than my room.

The location was fantastic with many restaurants at a walkable distance. The rooftop pool provided a very refreshing splash in the morning. I found the staff both friendly and helpful throughout my stay (they were always ready to assist).

The gym equipment seemed a bit old. I think an upgrade of those would improve the experience.

The location was perfect. I was able to easily walk a few blocks from the station, even with bags. Paula, the housekeeping staff, was very decent. She. Breakfast was very lovely. The staff at the front desk was fantastic.

The pool seemed small and unheated for the climate, though I still enjoyed it.

i found the service helpful upon my early arrival after a long flight, they went out of their way to get my room prepared quickly for me. the staff members are friendly, and the rooms are very comfy and tidy. the beds were very comfortable , and i would highly recommend this hotel.

i found the restaurant a bit pricey , when i ordered chicken, the portion was smaller than i expected , and i needed to order an extra side to feel full.
